| 1. Construction System |
- Tunnel Formwork" method will be used.
- Footing type is spread footing.
- Architectural, static, mechanic and electrical projects have been prepared in accordance with related law, regulation and agreements. Construction will be made in accordance with these projects.

| 2. Structure of Soil |
- KentPlus Mimar Sinan`s ground studies were approved by Professor Doctor Erol Güler, one of the instructors in Bosphorus University Construction Engineering Department

| 3. Isolation |
- Will be made in accordance with the heat, water and noise isolation projects.
|
| 4. Roof |
- All blocks will have travelleable terrace roof and estimated heat and water isolation system will be applied to these roofs.

| 5. Siding |
- Granite/porcelain coating with aluminium construction and mechanic installation or silica based acrylic enamel will be applied on the heat isolation for siding.

| 6. Woodwork |
- It will be first class PVC and aluminium woodwork according to the windows and balcony doors project. (Brands used will be Brugman,Trocal, Veka or equivalents.)
- Windows of all buildings will be heat controlled double glass windows.

| 7. Heating System |
- Heating of all apartments will be done independently with imported or domestic combis.
- Radiator installments will be made and panelled radiators will be installed. Buderus, Vaillant, Ferroli, Demirdöküm or equivalent brands will be preferred as combis.
- Each apartment will have its own nature gas counter.

| 8. Electrical System |
- When there is an electricity cut off, generator will brought into use and it will give uncut energy to the site. Therefore,as the electrical energy passing by transfomator, the energy passing by the generator will be able to to pass thru counters.
- Main energy lines that feed blocks will be used both in generator circuits and in transformator.
- An earth system in accordance with the electric projects in the buildings will be built.

| 9. Plumbing System |
- Warm and Cold Water System
- All apartments will be fed by a central water storage and air pressure tank
- Each apartment will have its own water counter.
- Hot water that will be used in residences will be obtained by water combis.
- Astolen based silent (noise isolated) pipes will be used for waste water system.
- In all buildings, fire system in accordance with the fire departmant agreement. Fire cabinet will be placed in accordance with the project.
- A fire fighting system will be established in car parks. Suitable fire dedectors will be used.

| 10. Apartment Interior |
- Walls and floors in all bathrooms and restrooms will be made of first class ceramic. (Aparici, domestic Vitra Seranit, Çanakkale Seramik or equivalent will be preferred.)
- Suspended ceiling will be used in all bahtrooms.
- Illumination will be in the form of spots from the suspended ceiling.
- Vitrified materials in bathrooms will be used as imported first class material or domestic products. (Vitra, Duravit, Çanakkale or equivalent will be preferred.)
- Batteries will be imported or domestic first class. (Eca,Artema or equivalent will be preferred).
- Shared bathrooms in all apartments will contain imported first class or domestic bath tubs. (Vitra, Duravit, Ece or equivalent will be preferred.)
- Bathrooms will include hilton sink and bathroom cabinets. Polymeric laminate coating or equivalent will be used in cabinets.
- All reservoirs will be Vitra built-in reservoirs.
- For the floors of all kitchens, imported or domestic first class ceramic will be used. (Aparici form Spain or domestic Vitra, Seranit, Çanakkale Seramik or equivalent will be preferred).
- First class water based paint will be used in all walls.
- All kitchens will be imported or an equivalent domestic first class. One of natural wooden coating, polymeric laminate coating or equivalent will be used in kitchen cabinets.
- All kitchens will include domestic or imported first class chimney hood, sink and sink battery. (Franke or equivalent will be used.)
- Kitchen tops will be made of laminate. In between kitchen top, imported first class or domestic ceramic will be used. (Aparici form Spain or domestic Vitra, Seranit, Çanakkale Seramik or equivalent will be preferred).

- Phone sockets, TV sockets and sufficient amount of plugs will be availabe in living rooms, kitchens and all bedrooms. At least one plug will be available in bathroom and restrooms and there will be a phone socket in doorway.
- TV and Phone Infrastructure
- There will 4 phone lines in each apartment.
- Central digital satellite broadcast and cable TV system will be installed.
- Phone and TV lines will be available in each room, kitchen and living room.

| 11. Air Conditioning System |
- An air conditioning infrastructure will be installed in the living rooms of each apartment.

| 12. Building Automation |
- Closed circuit entryphone with video will be used in each block.
- Security cameras will be available in some regions of shared districts and these cameras will be controlled by the security department.
- In each independent section there will be an internal phone line connected to site entrance (security).

| 13. Elevators |
- All elevators will be in accordance with TSE standards and agreements. (Otis, Omak, Kone, Yapımek, Thyssen or equivalent will be preferred.)
- Doors of all elevators will be of type that opens automatically.
- Two elevators will be used for each block.
- Elevator cabinets will include laminate, wooden or stainless coating, granite or equivalent floors, mirror coated walls and stainless railing.

| 14. Shared Regions |
- Floors of block entrances and stairs will marble or granite coated, walls will be painted on gypsum plastering layer, and mail boxes will be put on entrance halls for each apartment.

| 15. Landscape |
- Outdoor and indoor children playgrounds, relaxation terraces, arbors, jogging paths and parks will be built within the site.

- There will be a shopping mall that includes café/restaurant, market, pharmacy, and dry cleaning shops within KentPlus Mimar Sinan.

| 17. Car Parks |
- A closed garage for all 4+1, 3+1 and 2+1 apratments will exist and 36 closed car parks will be available for 1+1 houses. Outdoor garages are available, too.
- Floors of car parks will be made of high dosed ready mixed concrete alum or asphalted and walls will be painted.
- Stairways to natural floors from the car parks will be built.
- Sufficient amount of allumination in car parks .

- Site entrance will be controlled.
- A private security will be hired in the site.
- In the site, there will be a direct phone line to the security unit of each independent section.
