KentPlus Mimarsinan General Information Emay Construction had a great success with KentPlus Atasehir project, and now it is going to build KentPlus Mimar Sinan with the concept “Plus” for the people paying importance to life quality.

KentPlus Mimar Sinan has planned and tendered by Emlak GYO Inc. that is a participation of Prime Ministry of Turkish Republic TOKI. This project will offer the standards of high income level to B+ (medium and above medium) income group.

KentPlus Mimar Sinan, thru which blue meets green upon the importance that Emay Construction pays to nature, will consist of 660 apartments in 19 blocks. Emay Construction carries over the standards of Atasehir along with the “Plus” concept to Mimar Sinan. Project is 42.000 m2 in total and 32.000 m2 of it has been saved for social reinforcement and landscape.

KentPlus Mimar Sinan has thrown many successful technical names in Turkey`s construction sector together, and this project`s architect is Mr. Erol Kuzubaşıoğlu. The project has uprised safely with tunnel formwork technology and its ground studies were approved by Professor Doctor Erol Güler, one of the instructors in Bosphorus University Construction Engineering Department.

KentPlus Mimar Sinan with its outstanding quality, landscape and premium potantiel has apartments in different sizes and having sea view for every need. In the project there are 120 1+1 houses, 60 2+1 houses, 160 4+1 houses and 320 3+1 houses.

The shopping malls, social facilities, cafe and restaturants in KentPlus Mimar Sinan, which is one of the assertive projects of TOKI, has been planned such that not only the occupants of KentPlus Mimar Sinan but also the neighboorhood of the site can take advantage of them.
